Dalam sambutannya menegaskan bahwa dalam kesempatan ini beliau sangat mengharapakan agar semua pihak bisa mengoperasikan sistem yang ikut dalam pelatihan Pelatihan DevInfo berbasis Web dan SPSS, khususnya kepada staf dari kecamatan agar sebisa mungkin bisa menguasai dan langsung mengoperasikan di kecamatan agar data yang diharapkan lebih akurat kalau didukung dengan tehnologi yang lebih bagus dan cepat . Dimana Tujuan dari Pelatihan DevInfo berbasis Web dan SPSS dilaksanakan dalam rangka pengelolaan dan pengolahan data pada tingkat Kabupaten dan Kecamatan yang dapat di bekerja secara online, dan jika DevInfo dikembangkan lebih luas dapat dijadikan sebagai sistem database untuk seluruh SKPD dari berbagai sektor di Kabupaten.
Jadi pada intinya peningkatan kerjasama global untuk mencapai perbaikan kehidupan sosial penduduk dunia dan untuk meningkatkan capaian perbaikan kehidupan sosial untuk mengurangi kemiskinan, penuntasan pendidikan dasar baik untuk laki-laki maupun perempuan, menurungkan angka kematian balita, meningkatkan kesehatan ibu serta memastikan kelestarian lingkungan hidup.
